This article is the reminder that while we may have ‘the next great idea’, it takes a team to make it into something useful / popular.

As I read your examples, it made me realise that so often one person comes up with the idea, spends a good deal of time head butting against those who don’t want innovation in the field, and when it’s finally accepted, it goes from being a one person effort to a team effort.

The process of development and popularising seems to take a team - rather than one person.
