Such a thought-provoking article.

The two that stand out most for me are the need for gratitude over the smallest things, and doing good to feel good,

My lockdown consisted of sewing scrubs for healthcare workers, and learning to be grateful for EVERYTHING. It made my isolation experience a lot more fulfilling than it otherwise would have been.

I've also found, through my manifestation practices, that the more grateful I am for the small things, the more things that come to me. I am creating the energy that aligns me with receiving good things.
