Love that you've found something that works for you.
I think that, as well as the nutrition and exercise piece, the third bit of the 'puzzle' is mindset. I feel so much better about staying fit, when I enter with the right mindset and self-belief. I used to go into fitness challenges etc with the thought of "there's probably no point trying this, I'll always be fat and unfit." That limiting belief really held me back.
