I think the biggest caveat about this is that different things work for different people.

That said, I love the idea that people will be able to measure what works for them personally, against a baseline of their usual mood.

Personalised psychological interventions have to be the way forward, but we can only offer those once we know what 'usually' works on a wider cohort.
