My mentor / coach has been a lifeline for me during the pandemic.

It's interesting to see the other comments about life coaches being scam artists. It's not that a life coach knows how to live life better than their clients - it's that they can teach the skills needed for anyone to live better. They're a useful objective voice too.

Friends and family can't offer the objectivity a coach can, and they can't offer the visualisation exercises either.

I've had several coaches over the years, all with different specialisms. They've helped me achieve all sorts. I'm definitely a fan!
